Step One

To check your points balance online you will need to log-in or create a new account with our website. Please click the Sign in / Register link in the top right-hand corner of our website.

Step Two

The following screen lets you log-in if you are an existing member of our website, simply enter your email address and password here. If you are a new customer, click Create an account and fill in a few simple details on the following page.

Step Three

You will now be logged in to your account area. From here you need to register or link your Gardening Club Card to be able to see your points balance. If you have already added your card, please go to the step four.

Registering your Card

If you have collected a form from your local Garden Centre but not yet filled it in, you can do this online instead.

Please click on the link called Register Card and follow the on-screen instructions.

Linking your Card

If you have already submitted your paper form, and have started using your Card you can link it to your online account. This will let you check your points balance online.

Please click on the link called Add a registered card and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step Four

Please click the Check Points Balance in the main logged in area of our website and you will be able to view your accumulated points.

To give us your email address, and start receiving our e-newsletter and event invitations, all you need to do is register an account with our website and then register or link your Gardening Club card to it. The process of registering an account and adding a card is outlined in the procedure above.
